Information we collect

Our web servers may create technical logs such as IP address, browser type, timestamp and pages visited for security, troubleshooting and service continuity. When you submit a contact or application form, the information you provide is processed only to assess your request and respond to you.

Necessary storage and preferences

We use site_lang for your language preference, turkix-theme for your display preference and turkix-consent-v1 to remember your privacy choice. These are necessary for the site to operate as requested and to retain your choice.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics is loaded only when you explicitly allow the Analytics category. When allowed, the _ga and _ga_MVDFR1CZ9H cookies may be used to measure visits and sessions. Before consent, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded and no analytics data is sent. Advertising and personalised advertising storage remain disabled.

External content and form security

Google Maps content opens only when you allow External content or press the load-map button. Google reCAPTCHA is used only on form pages as a necessary security service to protect forms from abuse. The reCAPTCHA client is loaded from recaptcha.net to reduce other potential Google cookies.

Changing your choice and your rights

You can change or withdraw your permission at any time through the Cookie Preferences link in the footer. After withdrawal, analytics cookies are deleted and no new analytics data is sent. You may contact us to exercise your GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection.

Retention, security and contact
